Flag Football League

We are able to run our flag football seasons year round in Orlando and Winter Park thanks to beautiful Central Florida weather!

Registration is now open for Fall 2024! Registration will close 5 days prior to start date. Late fees will begin 10 days prior to start date.

Start Date

Monday – October 7th

5 males and 2 females take the field at a time.

Experienced referees conduct 45-minute games (21-minute halves)

Large field dimensions are lined for football, complete with yard markers

7 week season, followed by playoffs and finals

Competitive and Recreational divisions available each night

Prizes are given to the winner of each division
